Registration for the workshop is free.

Course Credit Certification fee for non-NTHU attendee is 3500000 VND.  The certified credits are officially approved by Taiwan Ministry of Education and can be waived from the requirement of the MS/PhD degree after joining the graduate programs of NTHU in Taiwan.

Our workshop is to promote graduate programs and international cooperation.  Applicants with certified credits request will have priority to attend the workshop.  The full list of participants will be announced about one month before the workshop date.​​

Limited scholarships are provided by National Tsing Hua University for this workshop to participants who request course credit certification.

A transcript and a reference letter are required for students who are interested in scholarship application.  The reference letter can be waived for top 5% student with approval.  A CV and a reference letter are required for non-student applicants.  Organizers will select qualified applicants and announce the result about one month before the workshop date.

Participants are expected to book and pay their accommodation and travel expenses.
